This is a very personal and inspiring book about love story of migrants. It explores the most valuable and the most fragile human feeling between geographies, cultures and distances. Paris is looked at as a momentous prerequisite force of love inception, its development and fading. Migrants are subject of alternate perception of reality. They are small boats in the storming sea of life where people are desperately trying to build their paradise which is nothing more than a mere illusion. Paris and Kyiv are portraited as anchor places which determine modern nomads’ decisions and behaviors. The dramatism and naivety of lovers walks its path to the natural ending of many stories which we have witnessed through the centuries of humanity.
In his poems, the author, like a bird of passage, disappears over the horizon of his feelings, yet, at the end, he expectedly returns back “home”. The book starts with the epilogue and ends with declaration of love: it is hard to imagine a better composition.
